Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, including scheduling domestic and international travel and high-stakes meetings.
- Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and correspondence for board-level review.
- Oversee office management tasks, including vendor relations, supply procurement, and facilities coordination.
- Organize and facilitate company-wide events, retreats, and off-site strategic planning sessions.
- Implement and refine administrative processes to improve organizational efficiency.
- Handle confidential information with absolute discretion and professional integrity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive-level administrative or operations support role.
- Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management software (Asana/Trello).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to draft professional, error-free documents.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to maintaining a positive, solution-oriented office culture.
