Responsibilities
- Manage complex, multi-time-zone calendars and coordinate internal/external executive meetings.
- Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and correspondence for board-level review.
- Oversee travel arrangements, including international flights, accommodation, and detailed itineraries.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external high-profile clients.
- Coordinate event logistics, including off-site team retreats and industry networking functions.
- Maintain electronic filing systems, ensuring absolute confidentiality and data integrity.
- Support budget management and expense reporting using corporate financial systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive-level support role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace, and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple projects in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Concur or similar expense management platforms is highly preferred.
