Responsibilities
- Manage complex, high-volume executive calendars, travel arrangements, and itinerary logistics.
- Prepare high-impact presentations, reports, and internal correspondence with precision and polish.
- Serve as the primary gatekeeper and point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Organize and facilitate board meetings, including agenda preparation and detailed minute-taking.
- Oversee office procurement, vendor relations, and administrative project management.
- Maintain strictly confidential files and sensitive documentation with total integrity.
- Coordinate cross-departmental initiatives to ensure alignment with company objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting C-level executives in a corporate environment.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and G-Suite.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines with a proactive approach.
- Demonstrated experience in office management software and digital task-tracking platforms.
- Professional demeanor and the ability to exercise sound judgment in ambiguous situations.
