- Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and correspondence for board meetings.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate logistics for company-wide events, conferences, and executive retreats.
- Track and reconcile executive expenses and department budgets with precision.
- Streamline office workflows to improve overall organizational productivity.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost integrity and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in executive-level administrative support.
- Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite (365) and project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to multitask under tight deadlines.
- Proven track record of managing confidential files and sensitive communications.
