- Manage complex executive calendars and coordinate global travel itineraries.
- Draft, edit, and format professional correspondence, presentations, and reports.
- Serve as a primary point of contact between executives, internal teams, and high-profile clients.
- Organize and facilitate executive-level meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-up tracking.
- Manage confidential documentation with extreme discretion and high-level security.
- Develop and implement office procedures to improve administrative efficiency.
- Conduct research and special projects as directed by senior leadership.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in an executive-level administrative support role.
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and project management tools like Asana or Trello.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a polished professional demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
- Impeccable organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven ability to maintain absolute confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
