- Organize and facilitate board meetings, including agenda preparation and minute-taking.
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring document confidentiality and compliance.
- Coordinate office logistics, supply procurement, and vendor management.
- Assist in special projects and ad-hoc administrative initiatives as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in an executive administrative or high-level clerical role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
