Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars and prioritize conflicting meeting requests.
- Coordinate travel logistics, including international flights, accommodation, and ground transportation.
- Prepare high-level correspondence, board meeting presentations, and executive reports.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external clients.
- Oversee office supply procurement and manage department budget tracking.
- Organize and facilitate company-wide meetings and corporate events.
- Maintain electronic filing systems and confidential corporate records.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive-level administrative support role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Slack.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
- Experience managing travel logistics and expense reporting systems (e.g., Concur).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field preferred.
- Proven ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
