- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas and tracking action items.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external executive partners.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive corporate and personnel information.
- Support special projects, office workflow optimization, and internal communications initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in executive administration or a similar support role.
- Exceptional proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
- Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and polished demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask effectively under tight deadlines.
- Experience managing international travel logistics and large-scale meeting coordination.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
