Responsibilities
- Calendar Management: Oversee complex schedules, coordinate meetings, and manage email correspondence to ensure maximum efficiency for executive leadership.
- Travel Coordination: Plan and book domestic and international travel itineraries, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation, ensuring a seamless travel experience.
- Document Control: Prepare, proofread, and distribute high-level reports, presentations, and memos with a strict focus on accuracy and professionalism.
- Event Planning: Organize internal company events, board meetings, and client gatherings from concept to execution, managing all logistics and catering.
- Office Operations: Maintain office supplies inventory, manage vendor relationships, and ensure a pristine and efficient working environment.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of administrative experience supporting C-level executives.
- Software Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a professional and polished demeanor.
- Organization: Superior multitasking abilities and the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively in a high-pressure setting.
- Education: High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
