Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating cross-departmental communications
- Prepare and edit confidential documents, reports, and presentations with meticulous attention to detail
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements including itineraries, accommodations, and expense reports
- Act as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professional relationships
- Oversee office operations including inventory management, vendor relationships, and facility maintenance
- Implement organizational systems to streamline workflows and improve team productivity
- Assist in special projects requiring advanced research and data compilation
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of executive administrative support experience in a corporate environment
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with polished business etiquette
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and maintain confidentiality in sensitive situations
- Strong project management skills with experience coordinating complex initiatives
- Associates degree or higher in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Experience with expense reporting systems and travel booking platforms
