Responsibilities
- Executive Support: Manage the CEO’s and senior management's complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing agendas.
- Travel Coordination: Arrange both domestic and international travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation, and ground transport.
- Document Control: Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence, presentations, and reports with a focus on precision and tone.
- Communication Hub: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, filtering and prioritizing communications effectively.
- Event Management: Organize company events, team-building activities, and client meetings from concept to execution.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in current administrative workflows and propose innovative solutions to enhance productivity.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an executive administrative or executive assistant role.
- Education: A relevant degree or professional certification in Business Administration is preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt tone for various audiences.
- Discretion: Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and integrity.
