Responsibilities
- Calendar Management: Manage complex calendars, schedule executive meetings, and coordinate internal and external appointments with precision.
- Travel Coordination: Plan and book domestic and international travel itineraries, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
- Document Control: Draft, proofread, and edit confidential correspondence, presentations, reports, and meeting minutes.
- Communication Hub: Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, filtering and prioritizing communications effectively.
- Project Support: Assist in project management tasks, including tracking deadlines, preparing materials, and organizing team events.
- Office Operations: Maintain office supplies inventory, manage correspondence, and assist with basic HR onboarding processes.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience of at least 3-5 years in executive administration or a similar support role.
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
- Organization: Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively under pressure.
