Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize complex executive calendars, scheduling meetings and resolving scheduling conflicts.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and memos with high attention to detail.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and itineraries.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing communications with professionalism.
- Oversee office supplies inventory, vendor relationships, and facility maintenance to ensure a smooth working environment.
- Assist with special projects and event planning for company-wide initiatives.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in executive administration or a similar support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively under pressure.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain confidentiality.
- Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
