- Plan and coordinate seamless domestic and international travel itineraries and logistics.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external high-profile clients.
- Prepare agendas and minutes for executive meetings, ensuring actionable follow-ups.
- Manage confidential documentation with extreme discretion and professionalism.
- Support special projects and strategic operational initiatives as assigned by leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience supporting C-suite or senior-level executives.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools like Asana or Trello.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment.
- Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to maintain composure under tight deadlines.
- Experience with expense reporting and budget management.
