Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, prioritize appointments, and coordinate cross-departmental meetings
- Prepare confidential documents, reports, and correspondence with exceptional attention to detail
- Oversee office supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships
- Process expense reports, invoices, and financial documentation with accuracy
- Act as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Coordinate domestic/international travel arrangements and logistics
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems with stringent confidentiality protocols
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent administrative experience (3+ years)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
- Proven experience handling confidential information with discretion
