- Prepare high-impact presentations, reports, and correspondence for executive review.
- Organize and facilitate executive-level meetings, including agenda creation and minute-taking.
- Oversee office management tasks and ensure the executive suite runs with maximum efficiency.

- Coordinate special projects and cross-departmental initiatives to support strategic goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in an executive-level administrative role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and G-Suite.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment.
- Experience with enterprise-level project management or CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Asana).
