Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and resolving scheduling conflicts with agility.
- Coordinate high-stakes domestic and international travel logistics, including itineraries and expense management.
- Prepare, edit, and format high-level correspondence, presentations, and board-level reports.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners, maintaining professional communication standards.
- Organize company-wide meetings, executive retreats, and client events with meticulous attention to detail.
- Implement and refine office administrative procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive-level administrative or operations support role.
- Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace, and project management tools like Asana or Trello.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with absolute discretion.
- Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
