Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, travel logistics, and expense reporting with precision.
- Draft, edit, and proofread high-level correspondence, presentations, and internal communications.
- Coordinate board meetings, stakeholder briefings, and high-stakes corporate events.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the executive office and internal/external stakeholders.
- Manage confidential documentation and maintain robust filing systems with strict data integrity.
- Conduct independent research and summarize key findings to support strategic decision-making.
- Facilitate team meetings, capture actionable minutes, and track follow-up tasks to ensure accountability.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in high-level executive support or office management.
- Exceptional mastery of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Slack/Zoom.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills with a polished professional demeanor.
- Proven ability to maintain absolute confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Highly organized with a demonstrated capacity to manage competing priorities in a high-pressure environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and digital collaboration tools is a significant advantage.
