Responsibilities

- Prepare confidential correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Manage departmental budget tracking and expense reports
- Serve as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Oversee office operations including supply inventory and vendor management
- Organize high-profile meetings and corporate events
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems with strict confidentiality
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of executive administrative experience
