- Coordinate intricate domestic and international travel arrangements including itineraries and expense reporting.
- Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and correspondence for board meetings and executive reviews.
- Oversee office logistics, supply procurement, and facilities coordination to ensure a productive work environment.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive company and personnel information.
- Organize company-wide events and executive summits with precision and attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive-level administrative support role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and G-Suite.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a polished professional demeanor.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment under minimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to pivot quickly in a dynamic environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience with enterprise-level project management software such as Asana, Trello, or Monday.com.
