Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, including scheduling domestic and international travel, meetings, and conferences.
- Serve as the primary gatekeeper, screening calls and managing email correspondence with high-level professional discretion.
- Prepare high-impact presentations, reports, and internal communications using advanced Microsoft Office and Google Workspace proficiency.
- Coordinate board meetings and committee gatherings, including agenda preparation and minute-taking.
- Manage expense reporting, invoicing, and office budgeting processes with rigorous attention to detail.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive special projects and operational initiatives.
- Maintain physical and digital filing systems to ensure compliance and easy information retrieval.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting C-suite executives in a corporate or financial setting.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a professional, polished demeanor.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project management software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to exercise independent judgment in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive corporate information.
