Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements with precision.

- Screen incoming communications, including phone calls and emails, and route inquiries to the appropriate parties.
- Handle confidential documentation and ensure data privacy and security.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist with special projects, event planning, and general office management duties.
- Proofread and edit documents to ensure high standards of quality and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) as an Executive Assistant or in a similar clerical/administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail.
- Discretion and high level of integrity when handling sensitive information.
- Valid right to work in the UK.
