Responsibilities
- Coordinate executive calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics with precision
- Manage confidential information and sensitive documentation with discretion
- Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite
- Oversee departmental budget tracking, expense reports, and vendor communications
- Lead cross-functional projects including onboarding initiatives and process improvements
- Serve as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Implement and maintain organizational systems for document management
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years' experience supporting C-level executives in corporate environments
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
