Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate complex executive calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining professional communication standards.
- Prepare, edit, and format high-level correspondence, presentations, and reports for board meetings.
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems with strict adherence to confidentiality.
- Streamline office administrative processes to improve team productivity.
- Coordinate inter-departmental projects and track action items to ensure timely completion.
- Oversee office supply inventory and manage budget tracking for administrative expenses.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in an administrative support or office management role.
- Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interface with C-suite executives.
- Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities under tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Professional demeanor and the ability to maintain complete discretion regarding sensitive information.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
