Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, including scheduling domestic and international travel and meeting logistics.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling high-level inquiries with utmost discretion.
- Draft, edit, and proofread professional correspondence, presentations, and board-level reports.
- Coordinate all aspects of team off-sites, conferences, and board meetings.
- Process expense reports and manage departmental budgets with high accuracy.
- Implement and maintain efficient office workflows to increase executive productivity.
- Conduct special research projects and consolidate findings into actionable summaries.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a high-level administrative support role.
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Slack.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to pivot quickly in changing circumstances.
- Highly organized with a meticulous eye for detail and follow-through.
