Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, including scheduling internal/external meetings and travel logistics.
- Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and correspondence for board-level meetings.
- Act as the primary gatekeeper and point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate and execute logistics for global leadership conferences and off-site events.
- Streamline administrative workflows to improve departmental efficiency and communication.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with absolute discretion and professional integrity.
- Manage expense reporting and budget tracking for executive departments.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in executive-level administration or office management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Slack/Zoom.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a polished professional demeanor.
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise independent judgment.
- Experience with CRM software (Salesforce) and project management tools (Asana/Trello) is a plus.
