- Coordinate international and domestic travel arrangements including itineraries and expense reporting.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with absolute discretion and professionalism.
- Organize and oversee corporate events and executive off-sites.
- Optimize office workflows to improve overall administrative productivity.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant or senior administrative role.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management software.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a high-pressure environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and service-oriented mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.
