Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, including prioritizing meeting requests and ensuring optimal time allocation.
- Coordinate international and domestic travel arrangements, including detailed itineraries and logistics.
- Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and correspondence for board-level meetings.
- Act as the primary point of contact between executives, internal staff, and external stakeholders.
- Manage expense reporting, budget tracking, and office procurement processes with high precision.
- Organize company-wide meetings, retreats, and off-site events, ensuring all logistical needs are met.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with absolute discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in an executive administrative or high-level office support role.
- Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Slack/Zoom.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to anticipate executive needs before they arise.
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive mindset with a focus on process improvement and administrative efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is highly preferred.
