- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining the highest levels of professionalism.
- Prepare high-impact presentations, reports, and correspondence for board-level meetings.
- Coordinate all logistics for executive leadership team meetings and off-site retreats.
- Analyze administrative workflows and implement process improvements to enhance team productivity.
- Manage sensitive information with strict confidentiality and discretion.
- Oversee office supplies inventory and expense reporting with accuracy.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in high-level executive support or office management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Slack, and Zoom.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a refined professional tone.
