Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, coordinating multi-location meetings and travel arrangements
- Prepare confidential reports, presentations, and correspondence using advanced Microsoft Office Suite
- Oversee departmental budget tracking and expense reimbursement processes
- Serve as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Coordinate high-level board meetings and corporate events requiring meticulous attention to detail
- Maintain digital and physical document management systems with rigorous compliance standards
- Lead onboarding processes for new administrative staff and interns
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years supporting C-level executives in financial services or corporate environments
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM systems
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with executive-level polish
