- Prepare confidential correspondence, reports, and presentations using MS Office Suite
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects and vendor communications
- Oversee office supply inventory and equipment maintenance
- Act as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Manage expense reports and budget tracking for department
- Support onboarding processes and new employee orientation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 5+ years of executive support experience in corporate environments
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Exceptional written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Strong project management and time prioritization abilities
- Experience with CRM systems and scheduling software (e.g., Calendly)
