Responsibilities
- Coordinate complex executive calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements across multiple time zones
- Manage confidential correspondence, reports, and sensitive documents with discretion
- Oversee departmental budgets, expense reports, and vendor invoicing processes
- Serve as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Streamline office operations through digital workflow optimization and process improvement
- Prepare board materials, presentations, and executive summaries with meticulous attention to detail
- Lead onboarding and training for administrative staff protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 5 years of executive administrative support experience in corporate environments
