Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, coordinating meetings across multiple time zones and departments
- Prepare and edit confidential correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Act as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating exceptional communication skills
- Oversee administrative workflows including expense reports, travel arrangements, and vendor communications
- Coordinate departmental projects and events, ensuring seamless execution from conception to completion
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems with meticulous attention to detail and compliance
- Support special initiatives including cross-departmental process improvements
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive administrative experience supporting C-level executives
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
- Exceptional organizational skills with proven ability to prioritize competing deadlines
- Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Experience in financial services or corporate environment strongly preferred
- Proven ability to anticipate needs and solve problems proactively
