Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate complex executive calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics.
- Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and correspondence for board-level meetings.
- Act as the primary gatekeeper, screening communications and prioritizing inquiries with tact and diplomacy.
- Oversee office operations, including vendor management, supply procurement, and facilities coordination.
- Assist in the planning and execution of company-wide events and executive off-sites.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems ensuring data integrity and security.
- Coordinate project workflows and track deliverable deadlines across departments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a high-level administrative or executive support role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to pivot priorities instantly.
- Proven ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Experience with expense reporting software and CRM systems is highly preferred.
