- Manage complex executive calendars, travel arrangements, and itinerary logistics.
- Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and meeting agendas for executive board reviews.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external clients.
- Coordinate board meetings, off-site retreats, and company-wide virtual conferences.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive corporate data and personnel files.
- Oversee office supply procurement and vendor relationship management.
- Streamline administrative workflows to enhance departmental productivity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in an executive-level administrative or support role.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Slack, and Zoom.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment.
- Proven track record of managing multiple competing priorities under tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, 'can-do' attitude.
