Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, prioritize meetings, and coordinate cross-departmental logistics
- Prepare confidential documents, reports, and presentations using advanced Microsoft Office Suite
- Act as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders with exceptional professionalism
- Coordinate domestic/international travel arrangements and expense reporting
- Lead office administration projects including vendor management and inventory control
- Maintain digital filing systems with meticulous attention to data security protocols
- Support departmental initiatives through research compilation and meeting facilitation
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
