Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange domestic/international travel with precision
- Compose, edit, and distribute confidential correspondence, reports, and presentations using advanced Microsoft Office Suite
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects, track deliverables, and maintain critical project documentation
- Act as primary point of contact for internal/external stakeholders with exceptional communication skills
- Manage expense reports, budget tracking, and procurement processes for executive departments
- Oversee office operations, vendor relationships, and special event logistics
Qualifications
- 5+ years of executive administrative support experience in corporate or financial services
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to prioritize competing deadlines
- Professional demeanor with discretion handling confidential information
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field required
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) and project management tools
