Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel logistics
- Prepare and edit confidential correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects and track key deliverables
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Oversee office operations, including supply inventory and vendor relationships
- Implement and maintain efficient filing and document management systems
- Assist with budget tracking and expense report processing
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent administrative experience required
- Minimum 3 years of executive support experience in corporate environment
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
