Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating complex travel arrangements
- Prepare and edit confidential correspondence, reports, and presentation materials
- Coordinate cross-departmental meetings and take detailed meeting minutes
- Manage expense reports and procurement processes for executive team
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholder communications
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems with strict confidentiality protocols
- Assist in onboarding processes and new employee orientation coordination
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of executive administrative support experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
