Responsibilities
- Coordinate complex executive calendars across multiple time zones and departments
- Manage confidential correspondence, documents, and information with discretion
- Prepare and edit executive communications, reports, and presentations
- Oversee office operations including supply inventory, vendor relationships, and facilities coordination
- Act as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Manage travel arrangements, expense reports, and meeting logistics
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems with meticulous attention to detail
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of executive administrative support experience in corporate environments
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines in high-pressure situations
- Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- Experience with calendar management systems (e.g., Calendly, Doodle)
