Responsibilities
- Coordinate complex executive calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics across global time zones
- Compose and edit confidential communications, board reports, and strategic presentations
- Manage departmental budgets, expense reports, and procurement processes
- Lead onboarding initiatives for new hires and coordinate cross-departmental training
- Implement digital filing systems and maintain compliance with document retention policies
- Serve as primary liaison for external partners and board members
- Analyze operational workflows and implement efficiency improvements
Qualifications
- 5+ years of executive administrative support experience in financial services or professional services
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with polished business etiquette
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines
