Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, coordinate high-level meetings, and arrange domestic/international travel logistics
- Prepare confidential correspondence, reports, and presentations using advanced Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
- Oversee office operations including supply inventory, vendor management, and facility coordination
- Serve as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Implement and maintain efficient filing systems (both digital and physical)
- Coordinate departmental events and special projects requiring cross-functional collaboration
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of progressive administrative support experience in corporate settings
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with polished business etiquette
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and maintain confidentiality in sensitive situations
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field required (Bachelor's preferred)
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) and document management tools
- Professional certification (e.g., CAP-OM) highly desirable
