Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive EHS audits across 15+ industrial sites in Houston metro
- Develop and implement OSHA/EPA-compliant safety protocols
- Lead emergency response planning and incident investigations
- Train 200+ employees on hazardous materials handling
- Monitor air/water quality using advanced IoT sensors
- Manage environmental permitting and reporting processes
- Analyze data to identify safety improvement opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Safety Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years EHS experience in manufacturing or energy sector
- OSHA 30-hour and CSP/CHMM certifications required
- Proficiency with EHS software (e.g., Intelex, Enablon)
- Texas Department of State Health Services certification
- Advanced knowledge of EPA and TCEQ regulations
- Strong data analytics and report writing skills
