Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive EHS programs aligned with OSHA, EPA, and ISO 14001 standards
- Conduct regular facility audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations
- Oversee hazardous waste management, air quality monitoring, and spill response protocols
- Train employees on safety procedures, emergency preparedness, and environmental compliance
- Manage regulatory reporting, permits, and stakeholder communications
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives for sustainability and operational safety
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Safety Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years EHS management experience in industrial/manufacturing setting
- Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Associate Safety Professional (ASP) designation
- Deep expertise in OSHA regulations, hazardous materials handling, and waste management
- Strong analytical skills with experience developing corrective action plans
- OSHA 30-hour and HAZWOPER certifications required
- Proven ability to manage complex environmental compliance projects
