Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive EHS management systems aligned with OSHA, EPA, and ISO 14001 standards
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analyses, corrective action plans
- Conduct regular facility audits and safety training programs
- Manage hazardous waste disposal and environmental permit compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate safety into operational workflows
- Prepare regulatory reports and maintain EHS documentation
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using data-driven metrics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, or related field
- Minimum 7 years EHS management experience in manufacturing/industrial setting
- CSP (Certified Safety Professional) or CHMM (Certified Hazardous Materials Manager) certification
- Expert knowledge of OSHA regulations, EPA protocols, and state environmental laws
- Advanced proficiency in EHS software (e.g., Enviance, ProcessMAP)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in incident investigation
- Excellent communication abilities for training and stakeholder engagement
