Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive EHS programs aligned with OSHA, EPA, and ISO 14001 standards
- Conduct regular facility audits and risk assessments to identify hazards and mitigation opportunities
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective action implementation
- Manage hazardous waste disposal, air/water quality monitoring, and environmental permitting
- Deliver engaging safety training sessions for 200+ employees across multiple sites
- Oversee emergency response planning and crisis management protocols
- Prepare regulatory reports and maintain compliance documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, or related field
- 10+ years EHS experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
- OSHA 501 certification and/or CHST/ASP credentials
- Advanced proficiency in EHS software (e.g., Cority, Enablon, Intelex)
- Demonstrated success managing environmental compliance programs
- Strong analytical skills with experience in incident investigation
- Excellent communication abilities for training and stakeholder engagement
