Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive EHS programs aligned with OSHA, EPA, and ISO 14001 standards
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective action implementation
- Conduct regular facility audits and safety inspections to identify hazards
- Manage hazardous waste disposal, air/water permits, and environmental compliance reporting
- Train employees on safety protocols, emergency procedures, and sustainable practices
- Oversee spill prevention control countermeasures (SPCC) and stormwater management
- Collaborate with leadership to integrate EHS initiatives into business operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of EHS management experience in manufacturing or industrial setting
- CSP (Certified Safety Professional) or CHMM (Certified Hazardous Materials Manager) certification
- Advanced knowledge of OSHA regulations, EPA standards, and waste management protocols
- Proven experience developing and implementing safety management systems
- Strong analytical skills for incident investigation and risk assessment
- Excellent communication abilities for training and stakeholder engagement
