  • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related engineering discipline.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in industrial EHS management.
  • CSP (Certified Safety Professional) or CHMM certification highly preferred.
  • Deep understanding of Title V air permitting and hazardous waste management protocols.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive safety initiatives at all levels of an organization.
  • Advanced proficiency in data analysis and EHS management software platforms (e.g., Enablon, Intelex).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to represent the company professionally during government inspections.
