Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive EHS experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Professional certification such as CSP (Certified Safety Professional) or CIH (Certified Industrial Hygienist) preferred.
  • Deep understanding of federal and state environmental regulations (RCRA, Clean Air/Water Acts).
  • Expertise in conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective action plans.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
