You will lead our safety culture, champion sustainability initiatives, and ensure total regulatory alignment.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive EHS programs to ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and state regulations.
- Conduct regular site audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations to drive continuous improvement.
- Lead employee safety training programs and foster a culture of proactive hazard identification.
- Manage environmental permits, waste disposal, and emissions reporting to maintain local and federal compliance.
- Collaborate with engineering and operational teams to integrate safety protocols into new projects.
- Track and analyze EHS performance metrics, presenting actionable insights to executive leadership.
- Coordinate emergency response planning and lead drills to ensure operational readiness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive EHS experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Professional certification such as CSP (Certified Safety Professional) or CIH (Certified Industrial Hygienist) preferred.
- Deep understanding of federal and state environmental regulations (RCRA, Clean Air/Water Acts).
- Expertise in conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective action plans.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in EHS management software and MS Office Suite.
