EcoCore Industrial Solutions is seeking a dynamic EHS Manager to oversee safety protocols and environmental compliance at our flagship Houston facility. You will play a pivotal role in fostering a 'safety-first' culture while ensuring we exceed regulatory standards.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive EHS programs to ensure zero-harm operations.
- Conduct regular site audits, hazard assessments, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Lead regulatory reporting and maintain compliance with OSHA, EPA, and state-level environmental mandates.
- Facilitate incident investigations and implement root-cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
- Deliver engaging safety training sessions for all levels of staff and management.
- Oversee hazardous waste management and emissions monitoring programs.
- Manage EHS budget and procurement of safety equipment and resources.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in EHS leadership within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- CSP (Certified Safety Professional) or CIH certification highly preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of OSHA 29 CFR 1910 and EPA environmental regulations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in data analysis and technical writing for EHS reporting.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to field locations as needed.
